1. Tell Us about yourself how you start your career in IT Sector?
I took a few experiences here and there in the city & recognized one problem that is quality in delivery. I was very passionate about doing something bigger and better than the traditional companies and then on 1 fine day, I decided to launch my own company on 13th Nov 2014.
2. Tell us in brief about your company and the leadership.
WebsManiac Inc. was started in the year 2014 with an experienced team of developers having profound knowledge in different technologies and now we are one of the leading companies in the city. We have won more than 18+ awards and recognitions which continuously boosts us to do the best and offer the best.
3. What is your outlook for 2021?
We would like to grow the company in terms of technologies and would also like to expand the team and business to satisfy the NexGen clients.
4. How do you assess the role of research agencies like TopappFirms in bridging the gap between clients and service providers?
TopappFirms are one of the best platforms that efficiently connects Clients and Service providers.
5. Any particular technology or industry you would be targeting? How do you plan to prepare your workforce for the upcoming technology upgrade?
Yes, we are trying to connect various systems to give all our clients an integrated platform that they can use for their business profitability.
6. What all services do you think you would add to your offerings in 2021?
We are definitely willing to add all our services in different technologies so that every client can be satisfied in terms of different technology expectations.
7. What are the challenges you see in the outsourcing industry and how much you’re prepared to face those challenges?
Project management is the biggest challenge in the Outsourcing industry and I am very much ready to take up this challenge.
8. How helpful are the Web and mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?
My team extremely satisfies my clients with the work delivered.
9. What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
Quality of work and on-time delivery of the work are two main important practices to attain client satisfaction.

We have successfully completed many local, national and international projects.
11. How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for Web development?
We suggest our clients with the best option in development that is within the budget and at the same time, it is satisfying.
12.What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021 after COVID 19?
Price range 8k – 15L
13. Please describe the operational structure of your company- from the moment a client walks in, to the product deployment.
We analyze the client’s requirement and then the real structure of the company starts to work from the technical manager, project manager, team leader, designer, developer, junior developer and technical support staff. We believe in being with the client till the end of the life cycle even after delivering the project.
14. After service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client?
We offer 6 months of free support to the client along with backend training on requests.
15. Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
Native is the best in terms of robust development and scalability and I recommend the same. Hybrid is good in terms of ease of development and quality control but not feasible in many working models and so won’t recommend.
