In this exclusive interview, He shared his experiences in IT and several more things. Let’s check his success story and thoughts.
1. Tell Us about yourself how you started your career in IT Sector?
The seed to learn & explore the world of technology splurged inside me when I first opt the 'Computer Science' in my prep school. Following the same curiosity & interest, I pursued a bachelor of technology in computer science from Punjab University.
After realizing how vast this industry is, and how widely it could help in the technological advancement of our nation, I made my mind to strengthen my forte. Thereafter, I pursued an MBA in International Marketing & Business from Punjab Engineering College and initiated with my first brand 'Vdesign4u'.
Since we were delivering end-to-end web & graphic designing solutions to corporate brands, I felt the urge to expand my horizon by offering more requisite & in-demand services, like Digital Marketing. It was the core reason for me to move towards the launch of 'B2C Marketing' in 2012.
Our company was doing great & we even delivered over 800+ successful projects all around the globe. Having a great set of international & national clients, we then planned to start offering Information Technology services as well. Being from the same background I was confident to proceed with this decision. Building a crew of potential & skilled technologists took some time, but we are proud to say that 'B2C Info Solutions' is now standing amongst the leading & highly trusted IT service providers of 2021.
2. Tell us in brief about your company and the leadership.

4. How do you assess the role of research agencies like TopappFirms in bridging the gap between clients and service providers?
Since the modernization of the economy, research agencies have played an active role in connecting businesses to their ideal audience, and customers to their desired service providers.
While, in provision to 'TopappFirms', I assume businesses of every scale wouldn't be facing any more dilemma in selecting a worthwhile firm for having a product development or any wishful IT service

We are looking to explore more on the following Tech:
- AR & VR
- Wearable Tech

7. What are the challenges you see in the outsourcing industry and how much you’re prepared to face those challenges?
Although B2C was initially challenged by some organizational, regional, and project control challenges, we have successfully implemented workable strategies to ricochet those bullets, that businesses usually experience in the outsourcing industry.
8. How helpful are the Web and mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?
Pretty helpful we would say. If throwing some light on the most successful ones helps, then Success Mantra, Hostop, United Tyres - ZAFCO, Albabtain Group, Coca-Cola Arena, are some of our top clients who witnessed a huge growth curve in their business.
9. What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
Extensive experience has taught us why client satisfaction should be the utmost preference of a business to thrive. If your client is satisfied, you will never have to practice foul tricks to attract them again. They will market your business by word of mouth and in some cases even bring more clients.
Still, some of the best practices we believe are:-
- Always be proactive
- Listen to your clients
- Always be open to their suggestions
- Practice honesty with them
- Understand what your client wants
- Focus on what extra you can offer
10. Tell about your some sucessful project ?
We have worked for Zafco Group which is a UK-based MNC. They came to us with 2 problems precisely, the existing web application is not stable which is a Magento-based eCommerce portal, they want to add more modules with third-party integration with SAP and other internal accounting software like XERO. We suggested they re-develop the complete web portal utilizing custom technology like Laravel/Codeigniter which is a stable framework to run an e-commerce model and add new modules anytime without thinking about its dependencies on third-party plugin as we developed it completely over a custom technology. Further, we integrate it SAP (Order, Product, and Invoice modules). Currently, we are involved with them for phase 2 which includes multiple websites and mobile Apps.
Another project, we worked for a start-up for a Kuwait client which is an Ebook App for both iOS and Android devices. For this app, we have implemented a custom Ebook reader which was changed lately from third-party Ebook Reader to custom because of the new apple policy. The App initially utilizes a web view for reading the ebooks. This is the challenge we accepted as this client had 6k active users so we planned the project in such a way that we will run a pilot project with 2 shortlisted third-party Ebook reader but as the experience of the user’s got impacted, we decided to create custom reader with existing reader features. This project is developed in English and Arabic Language.
11. How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for Web development?
We help our clients to understand several criteria first, before finalizing the right yet profitable platform for web development. These include:-
- Ease of access
- Pricing
- Data ownership & portability
- Design & Features
- Customer Support
12. What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021 after COVID 19?
Our starting project value is $5000+, the max range could be anything based upon clients requirements, phase-wise development plan, modules and platforms included along with technicalities and complexity involved in the project. Moreover, the tech stack also plays an important role while calculating the project cost and timelines. It could go up to $200k USD.
13. Please describe the operational structure of your company- from the moment a client walks in, to the product deployment.
We plan an introductory call with the client, try to understand the concept and idea behind the developing the proposed project. As per the understanding gain, our pre-sales team will work on raw facts document or if the requirement is clear from client’s end, we work on detail scope of the project.
Submit it to client and again plan a call to give the walkthrough, entertain client’s query and revise the scope to finalize the boundaries of the project. Once we are clear with the project scope, with client’s acceptance we will work on detailed business proposal and submit to client for final confirmation. Once confirmed/negotiated, we submit the contract to sign mutually and submit the respective copies to the client to plan a business kick-off meeting with the development team and client.
Development Methodology:
We work on agile methodology, where we divide the complete project into multiple milestones. Respective teams will work on modules as per the project plan submitted to client before starting the project. The team follows project plan and release plan date which we submit to client at the time on Kick-off meeting. As per the dates and modules mentioned by the PM, the team submit the builds and accordingly move forward to next milestone which again include specific modules to deliver as per the date and time-lines.
14. After service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client?
Indeed it is. After service strengthens your client's trust in your firm & plays a vital role in establishing goodwill. At B2C, we have a dedicated team of certified professionals focused primarily on providing maximal support to clients. Our support team knows how to actively listen to the client, comprehend their problem, focus on why the problem arose, and how to deliver a proactive & lasting solution to it.
15. Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
Though it depends on the client's requirements and what they want their app to be like. We personally prefer to go with Native app development. It helps in building more intuitive, interactive and smoother applications in terms of user input and output. Additionally, it allows developers to access the full feature set of the selected OS. The user experience of the native apps is actually better than web apps or hybrid apps. It provides the user an easy and more natural flow because each mobile operating system has specific UI standards & guidelines
