1. Tell Us about yourself how you start your career in IT Sector?
In 2010, I started an ambitious eCommerce journey with Volusion to provide extreme customization after gaining extensive experience in.net development. After delivering various successful projects, the loyal clients suggested doing projects on different platforms. I couldn’t carry on all the projects as an independent developer, so I began recruiting employees. Currently, we provide services on various eCommerce platforms; we also build secure, scalable, and sustainable mobile applications for iPhone, Android, or cross-platforms using IONIC and flutter. I am now concentrating more on marketing and management to expand our team and business.
2. Tell us in brief about your company and the leadership.
WebDesk solution is a leading end-to-end eCommerce solutions provider that offers web development and eCommerce solutions for Shopify, BigCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento and more. We are a group of technology leaders with extensive experience in eCommerce and application development. When our clients refer to us as a dependable technology partner, we take pride in that. Since I inspire my team to set targets closely aligned with the company’s goals, I consider myself a transformational leader. Each quarter, I meet with my team to discuss company priorities and monitor overall team goals. I also conduct one-on-one meetings with each team member to help them develop personal workplace priorities. One of my team members, for example, planned to generate a higher number of deliverables. However, we collaborated to change his target to produce fewer deliverables with higher quality assurance ratings. This transformational leadership style allows us to collaborate with a common organizational target while still improving our work’s efficiency
3. What is your outlook for 2021?
At the start of the pandemic, we had to pause many projects, and it was the time where we had to plan for survival. The year 2020 was a complete surprise; however, we later realized that any company would find a way to make money in any case. Many offline stores were forced to move to an online retail platform, and they later learned how much easier the online market could be. After that, we knew that the online market would grow. As many companies had to fire some skilled employees, we took the opportunity to hire them with growth conviction. The risk paid off as we could finish many complex projects with maximum satisfaction, which led to more projects. In Q1 of 2021, we observe good revenue compared to other years, and I expect that trend to continue in the remaining quarters of 2021.

7. What are the challenges you see in the outsourcing industry and how much you’re prepared to face those challenges?
While the outsourcing market is booming, many service companies continue to use conventional methods when collaborating on client assignments. Organizations of all sizes must successfully collaborate within their organization and with clients, vendors, and consumers in the era of new, multinational companies.

Client satisfaction, in my view, is achieved by trust, close collaboration, and high-quality services. Keep the client informed of each small task to prevent surprises since both parties must be on the same page from start to finish. The consumer values the highest quality deliverable in a timely manner which instils trust.

We’ve built over 50 custom smartphone applications and over $100000 eCommerce stores throughout our ten-year journey. We have a long list of successful projects in our portfolio’s various domains. To give you an example, we recently created a smartphone app that offers digital discount coupons for numerous businesses depending on their location. We received many good reviews because the application is fast, interactive, and simple to use, which is just what the client needed.
Why can we refer to it as a success? It resulted in a significant improvement in the client’s turnover and, as a result, the company’s expansion. The client even recommended us to others and provided us with several other projects.

13. Please describe the operational structure of your company- from the moment a client walks in, to the product deployment.
We keep our clients’ perspectives and expectations in mind at every product rollout point. From the moment a client steps into the product implementation, we pursue a structured, well-defined, and client-centric method.
Information gathering is the first step in the process. We appoint a project manager to serve as a central point of contact that gathers information about the project’s mission, vision, and history. Upon collecting all relevant data, it is forwarded to the business analysis team. They conduct market analysis and innovatively create mockups to ensure that the final product meets the consumer’s needs.
We include both high-level and detailed descriptions of the solution to be developed. We discuss the client’s business needs and how the solution we’re going to create can improve. We refer to it as a Scope of Work as we cover every aspect of the project, and most clients are particular about their needs and goals.
We will go on to the next step, execution, once the scope of work has been approved. To iron out all bugs and ensure that the product is precisely described in scope, the product goes through two rigorous testing stages. 14. After service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client?
After-service is vital for any client for a smooth transaction; unfortunately, many solution vendors do not have after-sales support, leaving clients in limbo. With the recent technology advancements, the gap between hybrid and native user experiences is becoming increasingly small. When it comes to long-term maintenance and improvement of digital platforms, a single code base is still the most convenient choice.
Although hybrid is a better choice for enterprise or service apps that aren’t heavily reliant on mobile device processes, business use cases trump all rules, which becomes the essential criterion for selecting a technology.
